If your SmartHealth PayCard Credit Card is lost or stolen, please contact the customer service line at 1-866-276-5606.
You can also log into your account and temporarily block your card from additional transactions. If you've misplaced your card, blocking it temporarily will prevent most types of transactions from processing, giving you time to find your card. To block your card, log into your online account and go to the Account Services tab and click on Card Management from the left side menu. Once there you can click on Block or Suspend Cards Temporarily.
